Our Team
At Josh Mintz Plumbing, our team is the heartbeat of our family‑owned and operated business. Led by Josh, a Master Plumber with over a decade of experience solving both commercial and residential plumbing challenges, and supported by Joe—an Arkansas plumbing veteran since the age of fourteen—and Caleb, a driven apprentice learning from the best, our crew brings skill, passion, and genuine care to every job. Whether it’s installing a gas line in a Cancer Center, responding to a midnight emergency, or mentoring the next generation of plumbers, we take pride in honest communication, meticulous craftsmanship, and treating your home as if it were our own.

Josh
Josh, Master plumber and owner of Josh Mintz Plumbing, has over a decade in the trade. He has years of experience with complex commercial projects that includes wineries and multi-story housing. The most rewarding though is the residential service side of plumbing, “Getting to meet people where they’re at and help them out of a bad or stressful situation is a good feeling.” Josh and his wife LeeAna spend their “free time” raising two daughters, and when not at a dance convention, are out enjoying the Natural state.

Joe
Joe is one of our Master Plumbers. At fourteen, he was the youngest Arkansas plumber signed up for the apprenticeship program. He’s put in decades of time dedicated to skill and craftsmanship in the trade. Projects across Fort Smith that Joe is proud to have made an impact at include Work on the Hospitals putting in the Cancer centers and the Fianna Hills subdivision. When not on the job he can be found in the shop working on his motorcycles or out riding across Arkansas on the weekend enjoining the beauty of our State.

Caleb
Caleb is new to Arkansas and new to plumbing, however he is no stranger to hard work and construction. Currently in his second year of apprenticeship, he enjoys the challenge it brings and getting to problem solve. “Something I love about this company is that despite being an apprentice, my input is valued.” Training our up-and-coming plumbers is not a task we look over, we are glad to have Caleb as part of the team and see him succeed. Caleb enjoys Creative hobbies and has recently picked up Pickle ball as an outdoor activity.
